The prices are excessively high. Services are charged that were not provided. Every technician who comes is charged, even though it was not necessary. It was probably a secretary who had the time. In addition, hours are rounded up; the actual 45 minutes are charged as 1.5 hours per person. I would not recommend this company to anyone. 1 star is already too much.

Another real specialty store including good advice and friendly staff. Large selection of screws, also individual ones or in small quantities. Nice that there are still such stores.
